But I know the whole strategy, and content planning side of things can be a big weight and stress on people's shoulders.

SO... I'm sharing with you my own launch planning spreadsheet that I use when I go into launches.

It's designed to help you be able to visually see the launch as a wholistic plan and THEN plan your content around that! Seeing how it all works together, how it's laid out, where there might be gaps in your marketing is SO valuable.

I find working in a spreadsheet like this means you can really customise your plan to suit you, you can add tons of notes and ideas, it's also a live doc, so you can bring in your team if you have one to help schedule or write things! Or to simply collab on the strategy.

Mostly, I love that I can see everything I need all in one place. I personally really struggle to understand concepts if I can't visualise them. So being able to almost float up above the entire launch period timeline, and see it all together means I can understand what's about to happen so much more effectively.

I can see where I'm going in strong, or where I haven't posted a testimonial for a while, or where I have gaps in my email sequence. Oooooh it helps so much!
